When long-haul trucker Tony Schultz experienced a sudden problem with his vision in 2007, he was left wondering about his future. Wife Lena says, “we were backed into a fearful place”. When a friend, Martin Thiessen, suggested that StemEnhance might help them in more than one way, both Tony and Lena were highly skeptical, but agreed to try it. Two weeks later, when Tony’s vision had improved dramatically, Lena says “my belief went from zero to sixty”! They signed up with the Fast Start package right then, and a week later, upgraded to the Director pack. The business took off like a rocket. “All I did was share my husband’s story with people, and nine out of ten usually signed up”. Both soon realized Lena needed to come off the road (traveling with her husband) and do the STEMTech business full time.

From the beginning they have willingly embraced Lena’s dedication and schedule of travel to supporting their team in everyway possible. In late spring of 2008, (already heading up a large organization) Lena thought about what particular aspect of the business brought the most joy. The answer was simple and came quickly; “I loved sharing the product and helping people”. She says she forgot about the numbers and concentrated on having fun and helping their exceptional team of distributors become successful. Soon the business had advanced to the level of Triple Diamond. The lesson is clear, “focus on helping others and enjoying what you’re doing, and everything will improve”.

Lena’s passion for service has given her the opportunity to meet and work with some incredible people and made her trips to meetings and Regional Events all over North America an absolute must.

As Lena accepted the very first Canadian Spirit of Service Award at the 3rd Annual STEMTech Convention, she said, “not very long ago I was just a truck driver with my husband. STEMTech has revolutionized our lives! What great joy it brings me to help others. I’ll do this for the rest of my life”!

Although Tony still works at his truck driving business, he has accompanied Lena on the very first Diamond Dream Getaway in Cancun, Mexico and several meetings in Manitoba. He totally supports Lena in their STEMTech business and says he is looking forward to the day he can retire from trucking. [Top]
