What is the Proven 4-Step System™?
To succeed in network marketing, you will need to talk to people everyday. The Proven 4-Step System will guide you through the important job of sorting. With good sorting, you cut down on two time-consuming (and non-productive) things:
- Talking to people who do not qualify for you to devote time to them
- Having “lag time” between follow-up calls.
Effective duplication is the only way to produce large residual income. The key to effective duplication is taking the correct action each step of the way. The Proven 4-Step System™ is all about sorting and notifying. As part of this System, STEMTech's WealthBuilders SystemTM assists you as you continually redefine a prospect's level of interest… sorting him or her. It is all right is a prospect “falls out” at any step. The System is designed to sift through people quickly, to identify the ones who are interested, and then to teach them to duplicate your actions, using The Proven 4-Step System™. Even if you are brand-new or your time is limited, The Proven 4-Step System™ will help you build effectively with the time you have.
Each of the four Steps in this System builds a firm foundation from which the next Step is developed. Here are the four Steps and the actions you will take with each Step:

You will not have to know all the facts and figures about STEMTech and StemEnhanceTM and network marketing. The Proven 4-Step System™ takes care of this for you: Information is contained in the voice messages, web sites conference calls, and also in faxed documents for those without the internet. With this system, you can talk easily with someone about the business, and the prospects will say to themselves, “I can do that…That's easy!” When you hear that phrase, you are witnessing the beauty of duplication in its purest form.
The Most Important 5 Key Questions
The Five Key Questions the people you are speaking with are asking themselves subconsciously are:
- Is it fun?
- Is it simple?
- Will someone help me to succeed?
- Will I make money?
- Is the timing right for me?
By following the Proven 4-Step System you will be able to help your new prospect answer these questions.
Who Do I Talk to?
Before we get started on the Steps, let us take a look at where you find the people to talk to come from:
- Your Warm Market: For your warm market you may not know the answer to question number 5. So, the people you know may or may not be open to looking at a business opportunity at this time. However, you will notify these people about what you are doing in business. Some will want to hear more now, some not for weeks or even a year later, But you have notified them and that is the key.
- Wealth Builders System Leads: These prospects have already expressed an interest in starting their own business, so you know the time is right for them.
- Responses from GoogleTM or YahooTM ads: These folks also have indicated an interest in starting a business.
- Responses to newspaper ads, “Sizzle” cards, or the internet: You will use an auto-responder system, postcard mailings, and/or DVD/CD handouts to contact these prospects and you know they are interested now because they responded to your ad.
Your Warm Market
The purpose of approaching these contacts is not to “convince” them to join you in the business. You will simply notify them about what you are doing, that you have started your own part-time or fulltime, home-based business. Because you want them to know what you are doing, you may want to play STEMTech's compelling four-minute overview message, or send them to your WealthBuilders page to view a movie. (These are part of STEP ONE.)
Think of it this way… If you were opening a retail shoe store, wouldn't you notify everyone you know to come and buy their next pair of shoes from you? The same principle applies here. As you notify people of your STEMTech business, you will run across some people who will naturally be interested in an income opportunity, the product, or both. The key is to let these people select themselves when they listen to the four-minute message or go to your WealthBuilders website. There is no need for you to convince or “sell” anyone. You will be most effective when your intention is simply to notify. NOTE: It is okay to make your first calls to people you believe would benefit most from the product or the ones who would be assets to your team. Just remember… Enter the conversation with NO OBJECTIVE other than to expose them to what you are doing and why. (This is your Preamble.)
